Who we are

Crontinel is operated by Harun R Rayhan. The service is available at crontinel.com and app.crontinel.com. Contact: support@crontinel.com

What we collect

  • Account data: email address, name, password hash (bcrypt)
  • Monitoring data: cron runs, queue and Horizon status, monitor settings, and any command output your app sends to Crontinel
  • Billing data: subscription status. Payment details are handled directly by Stripe; we never see your card number
  • Service logs: request and diagnostic data, which can include IP addresses
  • Hosted AI: if you turn on AI investigations, selected monitoring evidence is sent to Cloudflare Workers AI to generate an analysis
  • Analytics: page views and clicks on crontinel.com via Google Analytics 4, only if you consent via the cookie banner

What we do not collect

  • We do not use advertising or tracking cookies on app.crontinel.com
  • We do not sell your data to any third party
  • We do not access the content of your queued jobs or cron command output unless you explicitly send it to us

Cookies

We use two categories of cookies:

  • Strictly necessary: session cookie, CSRF token. No consent required.
  • Analytics: Google Analytics 4 on crontinel.com only. Only set after you click "Accept" on the cookie banner.

Data retention

  • Cron runs, monitor events, and resolved alerts are pruned under the applicable plan's 7, 30, 90, or 365-day history limit. Open alerts can remain while the issue is active.
  • When an organization closes, its configuration and invitations become eligible for cleanup after 30 days, once billing closure is verified. A hold can delay cleanup.
  • Audit and billing records, monitoring history, and database backups can remain after account closure. Their separate retention periods have not been finalized. Contact us about a specific deletion request.

Your rights (GDPR)

If you are in the EU/EEA, you have the right to:

  • Access the data we hold about you
  • Export your profile, organization, app, and monitor settings as JSON from your profile settings
  • Request deletion through your profile settings or by contacting us. Owner deletion closes the organization and its billing when billing can be reconciled; it does not immediately erase all records.
  • Object to processing: contact us at support@crontinel.com

Data location

Crontinel uses Railway for the application and database, and Cloudflare for site delivery and optional hosted AI. These services can process data outside the EU/EEA. We do not offer an EU-only processing commitment.

Third-party services

  • Stripe, payment processing. Subject to Stripe's privacy policy.
  • Resend, transactional email delivery.
  • Railway, application and database hosting.
  • Cloudflare, site delivery and optional Workers AI investigations.
  • Google Analytics, landing page analytics, consent-gated.
